Shipping policy

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx for International Orders.  

Average transit times within the United States: 5 - 20 Business days

Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. 

 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has not been processed it will be canceled, please email Info@RepTheImage.com.   All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" and include order detail information.

We do ship every item with extra care, if an item is received damaged immedialty contact us via our Contact US form or email directly to info@RepTheImage.com.

Once received, we'll be happy to provide return/exchange instructions.
